Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is an important part of any Dental Professionals life. Expanding and updating our knowledge is a required element for maintaining our registration with the General Dental Council and allows for continued growth within our careers.

Each year Denplan come to the practice and provide a Tailor Made Training Day, through their Denplan Academy. Cindi the Practice Manager will choose 2-3 subjects from the Denplan syllabus which she thinks will benefit the team. Some times these subjects are new to the team, for example this year we looked at Mid-life wellness and communication within the team. On previous occasions we have looked at subjects such as Safeguarding, Complaints management and record keeping.

With a focus on team improvement, practice management, and patient care, these training sessions help to ensure our practice has the skills and support needed to thrive.
