Unfortunately every week some appointments are missed, this results in wasted surgery time and longer wait times for other patients.
Due to the amount of wasted surgery time and the high demand for appointments we have made the decision to charge for missed appointments.
A missed check-up appointment with the Dentist or a missed Hygienist appointment will result in a £30 charge.
A missed treatment appointment with the Dentist will result in a £75 charge.
We offer a text message reminder service to assist our patients as much as possible. Please ensure our reception team have your up to date information to receive this service.
We do our best to assist our patients but please bare in mind that the onus is on the patient to attend the appointment they have made.
